Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the facts and as a matter of discretion, by deleting the provisions thereof awarding damages to the plaintiff Graciela Diaz for future pain and suffering and future medical expenses, and awarding damages to the plaintiff Hernando Diaz for future loss of services, and substituting therefor provisions severing those causes of action, and granting a new trial with respect thereto; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed, with costs...
