¶ 1 Appellant, Anthony Clarence Winfield, asks us to determine whether the police entry of Appellant's hotel room was lawful and whether the subsequent search and arrest were legitimate. We hold the police officer's entry into the hotel room was lawful because Appellant did not possess a legitimate expectation of privacy in the room.
