Embroiled in a long-running feud with one of his co-workers at the U.S. Postal Service, Plaintiff James "Bill" Driver was eventually transferred from the post office where he had worked for approximately fifteen years to another post office some twenty miles farther from his home. With the transfer came a loss of seniority, and Driver now sues his union, the American Postal Workers Union, AFL-CIO, for breaching its duty of fair...
