Breanne Bennett was injured while skiing at Hidden Valley, a downhill ski area owned by Hidden Valley Golf and Ski, Inc. She brought this negligence action against the corporation, and the jury decided in favor of the defendant. The district court2 ordered that judgment be entered accordingly, and Bennett appeals.
