Debra Palmer appeals the dismissal of her counterclaim against Prince I. Jenkins in which she alleged that Jenkins violated the Washington Law Against Discrimination, RCW 49.60 (WLAD). The trial court ruled that the WLAD does not apply to the situation where a co worker, acting on his own behalf, harasses, threatens, or makes sexual advances toward another worker.
