The Defendant, Daimeyahn Stevenson, appeals from his convictions of attempted armed robbery and armed robbery and respective sentences of imprisonment at hard labor for 47 years and, as a fourth offender, to life imprisonment without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence, to run concurrently. For the reasons which follow, we affirm the conviction and sentences and remand.
