BRUNNER v. ALLSTATE INS. CO.

No. 02-CA-1039.

839 So.2d 338 (2003)

Rhonda S. BRUNNER and Tamara Brunner v. ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Fifth Circuit.

January 28, 2003.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Christopher E. Lozes, Lozes, Cambre & Ponder, Mandeville, LA, for Defendant/Appellant.

Kerry P. Cuccia, New Orleans, LA, for Plaintiffs/Appellees.

Panel composed of Judges EDWARD A. DUFRESNE, JR., SOL GOTHARD, and WALTER J. ROTHSCHILD.

SOL GOTHARD, Judge.

Defendant, Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate), appeals an adverse judgment of the trial court that found in favor of plaintiffs, Rhonda and Tammara Brunner. The judgment decreed that a policy of insurance issued by Allstate was in effect on the date of loss, and not cancelled for non-payment of premium. Because we have no appellate jurisdiction over this interlocutory judgment, we dismiss the appeal.
