Plaintiff Cytomedix, Inc. ("Cytomedix") initiated bankruptcy proceedings in this district under Chapter 11. As part of those proceedings, defendants Keith G. Bennett, Bennett Medical, and Bennett Wound Therapy Centers of Arkansas (collectively "Bennett") filed claims as creditors of Cytomedix.
