Jack McCord, Daniel Martin, and Frances Martin appeal the district court's2 entry of summary judgment in favor of Defendant Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company on claims arising out of Minnesota Mutual's alleged fraudulent and deceptive practices in the marketing and sales of "vanishing premium" life insurance policies. We affirm.
