In this workers' compensation proceeding, Michael Bralish (claimant) seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) determining that, under § 8-41-301(2)(b), C.R.S.2002, his benefits for mental impairment were limited to twelve weeks. We affirm.
