PER CURIAM.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of one count of selling alcohol without a license, M.C.L. § 436.1203, and was sentenced as an habitual offender, second offense, M.C.L. § 769.10, to five years' probation, with the first six months to be served in jail. Defendant was also ordered to pay a fee of $60 to a crime-victim fund, restitution in the amount of $2,500 for overtime expenses incurred by the Barry County Sheriff's Department...
