Plaintiff Joanne Gretencord, a real estate broker, sued defendant Dana Cryder to recover a six percent brokerage commission on the sale of defendant's farm property. After a bench trial, the circuit court found in plaintiff's favor and entered judgment against defendant in the amount of $41,900.
