After a jury trial, Jamerica Benham was convicted of aggravated assault and sentenced to ten years in confinement and ten years on probation. On appeal, Benham challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, the trial court's charge to the jury, and the court's failure to qualify the jury as to the victim and the prosecutor.
