Jerry Wade Wainright ("defendant") appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court1 for the Western District of Arkansas upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of interstate transportation of stolen property, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2314, 2. The district court sentenced him to 24 months imprisonment, three years supervised release, restitution in the amount of $15,016.92...
