Following a jury trial, at which Walrath testified that he saw defendant strike his vehicle with what appeared to be a pipe, defendant was found guilty of criminal mischief in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree and sentenced to concurrent prison terms of 2 1/3 to 7 years and 1 1...
