¶ 1 Appellants, Clinton and Caroline Hashagen, appeal from the contempt order entered on May 2, 2002. We remand for further proceedings.

¶ 2 The underlying action concerns ownership and use of a pond. On July 30, 1992, Plaintiffs/Appellees Janusz and Maria Wolanin ("the Wolanins") filed an action to determine ownership of the pond.
