EASTAUGH, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

After Ronald Wendte was convicted of first degree theft for stealing about $250,000 from three children's sports programs, the Alaska Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers suspended his real estate appraiser's license for two years. It did so under authority of AS 08.87.210(2). The superior court affirmed the suspension. We also affirm, because there is no merit to Wendte's appellate arguments...
