On Writ of Certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States Supreme Court by an Opinion entered December 10, 2002, in ___ U.S. ___, 123 S.Ct. 584, 154 L.Ed.2d 483, held that the federal district court did not have authority under 18 U.S.C. § 925(c) to grant any relief in favor of Respondent, Bean; and therefore reversed the decision of this Court which had affirmed the action of the district court.
