Blue Ridge Market of Virginia, Inc., and its insurance carrier, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company ("employer"), appeal a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission ("commission") awarding benefits to Philmon H. Patton ("Patton"). The employer alleges that the commission erred (1) by awarding benefits for aggravation of Patton's carpal tunnel syndrome because it was a pre-existing ordinary disease of life, and (2) by including that portion of Patton...
