¶ 1 Appellant Valley Farms, Ltd. appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees Transcontinental Insurance Company and CNA Casualty of California (collectively, Transcontinental) on the issue of misrepresentations in Valley Farms's application for insurance.
