PER CURIAM.

Herbert Harris was convicted after a bench trial of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2) (2000). Harris appeals the judgment of the District Court.1

In a one-count indictment, Harris was charged with having possessed a 9-mm caliber, semiautomatic pistol "on or about October 16, 2001." Before trial, Harris stipulated that at the time of the charged offense...
