In the face of an order from a court in the State of Washington which awarded temporary custody of one of Maria G. Rubio's children to the appellant, Jose R. Garcia, the district court for Cuming County, Nebraska, determined that the Washington court no longer had exclusive jurisdiction of the custody dispute and awarded custody of the child to Rubio.
