This Court now considers a number of motions, all of which address whether the Arbitration Award dated December 26, 2002, and the Supplement to the Arbitration Award (collectively the "Award") dated February 19, 2003, should be confirmed, vacated, or modified. On May 24, 2001, this Court compelled arbitration of all issues in this case, including fraudulent inducement of the contract. See Saneii v. Robards,
