The petitioner, David Woodard, filed this petition for a writ of mandamus directing Judge Robert Earl Wilters to grant his motion to "redact" a portion of Woodard's statement this Court has previously held was improperly admitted in Woodard's first trial.1 Woodard was convicted of felony murder, and he appealed that conviction to this Court.
