This appeal comes to us from a contract dispute between Federal American International, Inc. and Om Namah Shiva, Inc. concerning the construction of a Comfort Inn. Shiva contends the district court erred in foreclosing Federal American's mechanic's lien because Federal American failed to prove substantial performance of the contract.
