These cases are before the Court on plaintiffs motions to remand for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Defendants Nextel West Corporation ("Nextel") and Sprint Spectrum, L.P. ("Sprint") oppose the motions. Also pending are Nextel's motion to dismiss, and both defendants' motions to transfer venue. These cases will be consolidated on the Court's own motion pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure...
