Appellant was charged in an indictment with three counts of second-degree theft and one count of receiving stolen property. After a non-jury trial, he was found guilty of one count of second-degree theft, but acquitted of receiving stolen property.1 Appellant was sentenced to 180 days in jail and fined $1000, and was ordered in addition to perform 500 hours of community service.
