Mr. John E. Belton appeals from the trial court's judgment declaring his entitlement to credit for jail time served. Mr. Belton is currently serving concurrent ten-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for one count of possessing a controlled substance (drug possession) in violation of section 195.202,1
