Vivian S. Knight ("plaintiff") appeals from an opinion and award filed 12 July 2002 of the Full Commission of the North Carolina Industrial Commission ("the Commission") denying her workers' compensation benefits for alleged psychological injury resulting from a confrontation with her supervisor. We affirm the portion of the Commission's decision related to plaintiff's injury by accident claim and remand in part for the Commission to rule on plaintiff...
