Justice LYTTON delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendant, Richard Little John, appeals from a portion of the circuit court's sentencing order instructing him to pay various fines, fees and costs. He claims that he is entitled to a monetary credit for the 340 days he spent in custody prior to sentencing. We modify the mittimus to apply the credit against all the assessments except the $50 laboratory analysis fee.
