Mike Eastham and ninety-one plaintiffs claimed a right to a prescriptive easement over a portion of Thomas Price's land near Homer. The superior court found that a right-of-way existed under 43 U.S.C. § 932, Revised Statute (RS) 2477, commonly known as an RS 2477 right-of-way, over Price's property.
