A jury convicted Ira Jean Tensley of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846, and 18 U.S.C. § 2. The district court2 sentenced Tensley to concurrent terms of 240 months' imprisonment and 235 months' imprisonment respectively.
