A jury convicted Ira Jean Tensley of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846, and 18 U.S.C. § 2. The district court2 sentenced Tensley to concurrent terms of 240 months' imprisonment and 235 months' imprisonment respectively. On appeal, Tensley challenges the sufficiency of the evidence used to convict her on both counts...
