Two brothers, Edwin L. Mendenhall, Jr. and Roger K. Mendenhall, brought this equity action against their sister, Marilyn Mendenhall Judy. The brothers sought to set aside a transfer of stock in a family corporation that the children's mother, Gladys Mendenhall, made to Marilyn while Gladys was still alive.
