This is an appeal from an Order of the Bankruptcy Court denying Debtor Henry Grausz a discharge of his debts in a Chapter 11 proceeding.

The Bankruptcy Court found that Debtor had breached the terms of a settlement agreement he entered into with GFI Commercial Mortgage, LP, and that he further failed to maintain adequate records under § 727(a)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code and to adequately explain...
