Before the Court are the consolidated motions of Plaintiffs Yoram Levy and Guy Patterson1 to remand their respective actions to Tennessee chancery court (Court File No. 5). The Defendants collectively filed their Objections (Court File No. 8) and the Plaintiff's responded with a Reply (Court File No. 11).
