¶ 1 Michael Norton (Defendant) appeals his conviction for two counts of violating the Bail Bond Recovery Act, Utah Code Ann. § 53-11-107 (2002); one count of Assault, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-102 (1999); and two counts of Unlawful Detention, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-304 (1999).
