Plaintiff has filed this multi-count diversity action seeking actual and punitive damages in connection with the alleged wrongful dishonor of a "letter of credit" it presented to the defendant. Plaintiff seeks legal redress for the alleged wrongful dishonor of a sight draft drawn on the letter of credit, as well as for conversion.
