A jury found Jose Luis Perez-Guerrero ("Perez") guilty of conspiring to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(b)(1)(A), and using a communication facility to facilitate the distribution of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b).
