This case involves an allegation of age discrimination brought under the Michigan Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, M.C.L. § 37.2202 et. seq., by plaintiff James Deetjen ("plaintiff or "Deetjen") against defendant Anchor Coupling, Inc.
