Appellants, Penny Porche Dehart, individually and on behalf of her minor child Wendy Marie Dehart, Regina Dehart Hutchinson, and Alfreda Little on behalf of her minor children Niki Ann Dehart and Tamara Marie Dehart (collectively, the Deharts), appeal a verdict and judgment in favor of defendant Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company (BNSF) finding no liability, and dismissing their suits with prejudice. We affirm.
