Defendant was convicted, following a jury trial, of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC-II). MCL 750.520c. He was sentenced to a term of eight to fifteen years in prison. He now appeals, and we affirm.

Defendant was originally charged with four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC-I), M.C.L. § 750.520b, but was convicted of four counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. This Court reversed his convictions and ordered...
