The plaintiff, Professional Divers of New Orleans, Inc. ("PDNO"), seeks review of a judgment in which the trial court granted the defendant, Helis Company, L.L.C. ("Helis") a set off for the cost of remediating PDNO's allegedly defective performance of contract work. For reasons assigned below, we affirm the trial court's ruling.
