Plaintiff-Appellant Robert G. Hart, Texas prisoner # 769108, appeals from the district court's order granting the defendants' motion for summary judgment and dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights complaint for failure to state a claim on which relief can be granted.
