This case involves the application of the statute of limitations in an occupational deafness case. On July 7, 2000, Arnold C. Yox, appellee, filed a claim with the Workers' Compensation Commission against Tru-Rol Company, Inc., and its insurer, Penn National Insurance Company, appellants.
