Defendant, Choicepoint Services, Inc. ("Choicepoint"), has moved for relief from the jury's verdict that Choicepoint violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA") and its award of $197,000 in compensatory damages and $250,000 in punitive damages.
