A jury found Dwight A. Graham guilty of distributing 50 grams or more of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A)(iii). On appeal, Graham challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, statements made by the prosecutor during closing arguments, and the district court's consideration of his prior conviction in sentencing him to a mandatory minimum sentence of twenty years' imprisonment.
