Before the Court is the objection filed by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage ("WELLS FARGO") to confirmation of the Chapter 11 plan filed by the Debtors, Kyle W. and Kay N. Lennington ("DEBTORS"). WELLS FARGO contends that debtors in Chapter 11, unlike Chapter 13, may not cure a prepetition residential mortgage arrearage in installment payments through the plan.
