Appellants-plaintiffs L.N.K., Jennifer Kavanaugh, and Robert Kavanaugh (Kavanaughs) appeal the grant of summary judgment to appellees-defendants St. Mary's Medical Center and Mulberry Center (the Center). Specifically, the Kavanaughs argue that the trial court erroneously found that seduction is not an actionable tort in Indiana. The Kavanaughs also allege that the trial court erred in holding that the Center is not vicariously liable...
