BAUER, Circuit Judge.

Petitioner-Appellant Theodore W. Berkey pled guilty to drug conspiracy charges and was sentenced to 360 months' imprisonment. After an unsuccessful direct appeal, Berkey filed a motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 claiming ineffective assistance of counsel. The district court denied the motion and Berkey appeals this ruling. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
