This appeal arises from a trial court judgment in favor of Plaintiff, Exvina Neloms ("Neloms"), and against Defendants, Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company ("Empire Fire"), North Caddo Hospital Service District ("North Caddo") and Kristie G. McMullan1 ("McMullan") (collectively "Defendants"). Defendants now appeal the judgment of the trial court. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
